“I have a track record of growing successful privately owned New Zealand businesses. With significant experience in strategy, I help business owners set strategies that align with their personal goals. I have an unusual mix of finance and sales & marketing skills which enables me to align strategy with delivery and measurement. I have extensive business networks. I am a Fellow and Deputy Chair of the Chartered Governance Institute NZ, a body that has been dedicated to improving governance education and skills in New Zealand since 1947. Chartered members are either Chartered Secretaries or Chartered Governance Professionals. I also chair the General Trust Board of the Anglican Diocese of Auckland. This trust board manages a large portfolio of property and managed funds. I am a tax specialist and hold a Master of Tax Studies degree with distinction from Auckland University's Law School. I also have a Master of Business Studies (Merit) from Massey University in Management. I am a Fellow of CPA Australia, one of the world's largest professional bodies for accountants. ”
