His domain specialisation includes business strategy development, operational effectiveness, technology based digital enablement, change management, business process design and payments. Clients served (as a private consultant) have ranged across both the private and public sectors in New Zealand, Niue, the Cook Islands, Tonga, Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, and Fiji. Governance experience includes Ten years as a board director of a central EFTPOS switching company. Eight years as a board director of a bank owned non card national utility payments switching business. Twelve years as a member (twice as chair) of the New Zealand Bankers Association Payment Systems Committee and Five years as a director of Visa NZ Limited. ”
