About Me
“I am an experienced chief executive, board director and qualified accountant with a career spanning government, health, higher education, community services and regulated operating environments. I have held senior executive and governance responsibilities across organisations with workforces of more than 400 people, budgets exceeding $250 million and substantial asset portfolios. My experience includes financial stewardship, audit and risk, strategy, organisational transformation, workforce and culture, infrastructure, digital innovation, sustainability and complex stakeholder engagement. I bring a practical and commercially focused approach to governance, supported by a strong understanding of public accountability, regulation and community expectations. I am comfortable working through complex issues, constructively challenging management and helping boards maintain a clear focus on performance, risk and long-term value. My leadership experience extends across Australia and includes working with governments, regulators, communities, research institutions, service providers and commercial partners. I offer sound judgement, independence of thought and the ability to connect strategy with effective execution. I am interested in board opportunities with substantial commercial, government-owned, statutory, not-for-profit and purpose-led organisations, particularly in infrastructure, utilities, health, education, research, property, tourism, natural resources and essential services.”
