About Me
“I am an experienced sustainability leader, CEO, and governance contributor with over 24 years’ experience across industries including aviation, tourism, construction, venture capital, IT, manufacturing and professional services. I currently serve as Professor of Practice in Business Sustainability at the University of Canterbury and as CEO & Founder of S360, a platform and advisory practice supporting organisations with certifications, ESG reporting, and cultural change. My governance contributions include advising boards and executive teams on embedding sustainability and risk oversight, and recently moderating a well-attended trans-Tasman panel on Getting Boards on Board with ESG, with participants from both Australia and New Zealand. I have also convened and delivered executive education on supply chain sustainability, board engagement, ESG target-setting, and human rights in business. I bring both commercial acumen and operational leadership, having established and grown my own business while supporting clients across New Zealand and Australia. I am familiar with balancing strategy and execution, and with supporting boards to navigate emerging sustainability regulations, certifications, and stakeholder expectations. I have been described as collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused, with the ability to bridge strategy and operations and to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. I am passionate about supporting organisations to achieve both long-term growth and meaningful impact.”
