“MInstD and former BioGro CEO, Donald Nordeng brings 30 years of governance and executive leadership across independent, mission-driven organisations in New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific. He has served as director or advisory member across seven organisations — including a decade-long directorship with Second Harvest Asia and Deputy Chair of the Organic Exporters Association of NZ — while simultaneously leading organisations as a P&L-accountable CEO. He is particularly strong in finance and fiduciary oversight, strategic planning, stakeholder and government engagement, and chief executive evaluation. He is drawn to purpose-driven organisations operating in regulated sectors, primary industry, professional services, and the NFP space. Fluent in Japanese; deep experience in Asia-Pacific trade and food systems.”
