About Me
“I am a trusted company secretary by trade with over 15 years' sitting around board tables. I've operated within a diverse range of sectors - private and publicly listed entities, government organisations, charities, incorporated societies, NFP’s and several of New Zealand's largest major sporting events. Since 2021 I've served as a board member of University and Tertiary Sport New Zealand (UTSNZ). As the GM of the Kelliher Charitable Trust & Kelliher Arts Trust, I was responsible for supporting New Zealand communities through awarding charitable grants and tertiary economics scholarships. I have a background in financial management, executive leadership roles. My approach to governance is focused around sustainable long-term performance, people and culture, strategy and stakeholder engagement, with a pragmatic approach. My broad commercial, governance and NFP background provide strong foundations for understanding the unique challenges faced by different organisations.”
