About Me

“Commercially experienced in operating and governance. I was co-founder of Provincial Education Group, a privately held national early education entity. We grew rapidly through M&A from 1 to 75 locations, with 1300+ staff, over 8 years, and then exited to an international buyer. My experience is broad covering all areas of operations from startup to C-suite management, including significant change management experience, board, and shareholder positions. A major benefit of founding the company in it's infancy is the experience gained at a grassroots regional NZ level. Previous and current governance roles include a visible NZ NGO, privately held businesses, current shareholdings, along with private equity involvement.
