“Commercially experienced in operating and governance, I am co-founder of Provincial Education Group, a privately held nationally diverse early education entity. Our multi-site growth trajectory was an incredible journey from 1 to 80+ with 1300+ staff in 8 years between 2013-2021. My experience is broad covering all areas of operations from startup to C-suite management, including significant change management experience, board, and shareholder positions. A major benefit of founding the company in it's infancy is the experience gained at a grassroots regional NZ level. Previous and current governance roles include a visible NZ NGO, privately held businesses, along with private equity involvement. I bring pragmatic, hands-on business experience with a passion for performance and continuous improvement. Highly experienced with fixing under performing entities.
