About Me

“I am an experienced director who currently holds roles in the not-for-profit and private sectors. I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors with a strong interest in excellence and best practice governance. I am committed to supporting boards as they respond to the ever-changing challenges in governance and ensuring the establishment and implementation of robust governance frameworks to ensure their long-term business sustainability and a healthy organisational culture. Through both my governance and professional careers, I have extensive knowledge of the health, disability, and not-for-profit sectors, including experience working with government and crown entities in the commissioning and purchasing of health services. In addition, my experience in clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management are specific areas of interest and focus for me at a governance level. More recently, my work includes business ownership in the hospitality, construction, and horticulture sectors; this provides me with valuable hands-on experience from a small business and commercial perspective. I have a proven track record in business and an ability to work across public and private sectors. ”
