About Me
“I have worked in the public sector for more than 25 years as a lawyer and across-sector advisor to government. I have a background as Crown Counsel at the Crown Law Office and several years specialising in law reform and policy advice. I am currently a member of two boards of not-for-profit organisations which are going through change processes around the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. The Cancer Society, Wellington Division is a regional organisation with oversight of a number of centres and is part of the national Cancer Society federation. I have been appointed to the Financial and Risk and Audit committee of the divisional board. I also have pro bono experience providing advice to a national charity and a national sport organisation. I am looking to broaden and add to my governance experience. ”
