I have served on and alongside boards to ensure that management is both motivated and clear on what is expected of them. With over 30 years leading manufacturing and distribution businesses in various industry sectors, I have expertise in identifying new markets and opportunities for strategic growth. I am adept at risk management and identifying and implementing downstream applications to appropriately manage those risks, which includes overseeing capital allocation to ensure sustainable productivity over time and driving a Health and Safety “culture” based on continual improvement – using “lead” H&S indicators as governance measures. I manage businesses for sustainable growth over time and have successfully overseen businesses through three economic downturns. Commercially astute and financially literate I use market analysis, segmentation, and operational efficiency to ensure sustainable profitability over time. My expertise is well aligned to agriculture, horticulture, viticulture/viniculture or alternatively the manufacturing or construction industries. ”
