About Me

“My background in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy provides a strong foundation for my governance roles. I bring a commercially minded, strategic approach to governance, with particular strengths in financial stewardship, risk oversight, organisational sustainability and strategic planning. I am currently Board Chair of Tennis Northern, an Independent Director of Auckland Basketball Services Limited (ABSL), Trustee of the Harbour Sports Hub Trust, and a committee member at Campbells Bay Tennis Club. I also Chair ABSL’s Audit and Risk Committee. Across these roles, I contribute to strategic direction, financial oversight, organisational development and stakeholder engagement. I am particularly passionate about strengthening the long-term sustainability of organisations, constructively challenging thinking, and ensuring boards make well-informed decisions that balance ambition with financial and operational realities. I am currently leading the development of a $25 million multi-sport facility at Albany Sports Park, working collaboratively with Harbour Basketball and Badminton North Harbour. This involves complex stakeholder relationships, fundraising, strategic planning and progressing a significant community infrastructure project. I value inclusive, collaborative and effective governance, and enjoy working with boards and leadership teams to navigate challenges, identify opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes. I am particularly interested in governance that creates lasting value for the organisations and communities it serves. Outside governance, I am a mother of two teenagers and enjoy participating in sport and spending time with family and friends.”
