About Me

“I am a Chartered Director (CMInstD) with more than 25 years' experience in technology recruitment, professional services and consulting, over nine years of commercial governance and nearly two years of not-for-profit governance. I am building a portfolio of paid Independent Director, board and advisory appointments, with a longer-term focus on corporate and government-agency governance. At Younity, I contributed to growth from pre-launch to approximately $100 million in annual revenue in 2023. At Verity Consulting, revenue has grown from approximately $2 million to a forecast $20 million this year. Both businesses have appeared in the Deloitte Fast 50 multiple times. At Badminton New Zealand, I joined the board during a turbulent period and contributed to two CEO appointments and a new constitution. Across the Ingenium NZ group, I lead enterprise risk and compliance governance alongside the Chair, lead a group-wide policy refresh and serve as Privacy Officer. My target sectors are infrastructure, energy, utilities and transport, alongside technology, SaaS, AI and professional services.
