“With over 20 years of experience leading transformation across New Zealand’s public sector, I specialise in helping organisations navigate complexity, lift capability, and deliver change that sticks. I’ve led system reform programmes across health, social development, and science - from establishing inter-agency governance structures to building commercial delivery models inside former public service entities. My background spans program design, business case development, operating model redesign, and executive-level advisory. I’m known for staying calm in complex environments, building trust with executive teams, and turning ambiguity into focused strategy. My long-term goal is to contribute at the governance level through Independent Directorships and strategic advisory roles. I have served as the board chair of our local rural primary school for 6 years, as a director of my own company for many years and on several other local sporting governance boards.
