About Me
“Kia ora - My name is Carly Dury. I currently serve as a co-opted member of Capital Football which is a 3.5-million-dollar business and have been involved in some exciting pieces of work such as development of the legacy programme post 2023 Womens World Cup, re-setting the CEO's performance expectations and supporting the Board to through a cultural competence programme. Previous governance experience includes undertaking the role of Governance Advisor at New Zealand Police for the Organisational Capability Group who were responsible for ensuring Polce had the right capability and equipment in place to successfully deliver on their vision. I am committed to continuous improvement and am currently working through a governance mentoring programme though mentoring NZ. My mentor is well known in the sporting industry. My day job see's me as a HR consultant and I work with many organisations, such as the Auckland Blues and the Billy Graham Youth Foundation to support their people practices and process's. Finally, I am a mum of 3 active tamariki and believe sport supports so much more than physical benefits for our youth. Kind regards, Carly ”
