“I’m a practical and commercially focused leader with experience across infrastructure, digital platforms, and project delivery environments. I lead teams working on monitoring and technology-enabled solutions, with a strong focus on improving performance, building capability, and delivering outcomes that work in practice. A big part of my role has been bringing clarity to complex situations, supporting teams through change, improving processes, and driving accountability without overcomplicating things. I regularly contribute to strategic planning, risk and performance discussions. I’m interested in governance opportunities where I can contribute a grounded, real-world perspective to decision-making, and support organisations to balance performance, participation, and long-term sustainability, particularly in sport and community settings. I’ve been involved in sport from a young age through rowing and continue to stay active, which has shaped my interest in supporting sport and community organisations.”
