“I am a lifelong participant in sport and physical activity and am passionate about supporting participation, wellbeing, and inclusive access to play, active recreation, and sport. I hold a Bachelor of Physical Education and have worked for many years in the recreation and fitness industry. Currently, I work in our business and hold positions with the Cambridge Business Chamber and Hospitality New Zealand's Waikato Regional Committee. I am completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Waikato. I bring a values-based, commercially grounded approach to governance, strategy, and delivery, and am known for building trusted relationships, improving performance, and leading through change. ”
