“Professionally, I'm an independent contractor and consultant with deep expertise in enterprise change, transformation, culture and organisational performance. I'm an aspiring governance leader looking to advance a career path into Directorships. I feel particularly passionate about bringing a governance- level focus on organisational culture to the Board table. I'm looking for Board opportunities where I can accelerate my growth and development in governance. I want to learn from a great Chair and fellow Board members while making valuable contributions to organisations that I believe in and feel aligned to. As extensions of my professional and governance ambitions, I own a commercial dairy farm with my husband, I voluntarily serve on the Board of a NFP, host a podcast and am a competition powerlifter - proudly representing NZ at the World Championships in Italy in 2023. ”
