About Me
“I'm a specialist HR consultant in performance and reward, originally from the USA. I work closely with Boards and Executive teams, mostly in the private sector, to develop clear and effective reward strategies. For 11 years, I was a director of a consultancy I co-founded, Higbee Schaffler Ltd, which later merged with Strategic Pay. More recently, my focus has been on gender pay equity and developing ethics and business conduct frameworks for businesses. I'm a mother to two teenagers, both of whom have been active sports players. Having grown up playing team sports myself (the closest to being the son my father never had!), I'm a big believer in the value of collaboration and working collectively for the greater good.”
