“I am a senior manager with broad business management experience within the wine and FMCG industries. A people-oriented leader, I am motivated by engaging teams to build, develop, and deliver results aligned to business plans and the strategic direction of the organisation. With over eight years executive leadership team experience I possess strong strategic vision and have developed and led successful strategic planning sessions, bringing the executive team together and have delivered strategic projects working across most operational aspects of business. I have proven achievements in New Zealand and export markets and very mindful of cultural and social norms and their potential impact on business goals. Working collaboratively across business functions, understanding peoples needs and goals, I am an effective relationship builder, who strongly believes in investing in people’s growth and development to achieve both business and individual goals.
