About Me

“My governance experience is through board roles in membership organisations and public sector organisations as executive director voting board member. I am committed to my governance career and am a member of the IOD in NZ and have undertaken the AICD course. I’m looking to build a governance portfolio in NZ alongside my current consultancy work. I look to support a future of improvement and innovation from a basis of experience, evidence and curiosity resulting in an ability to guide others to embrace change to grow and deliver. I have been successful operating within complex organisations and devolved systems. My clinical background and sound executive career have served me well with governance, strategy, risk and assurance and operational and fiscal management on and to Boards. I champion collaboration and partnerships to support a people and consumer-focus for outcomes. I bring both a female leadership perspective and a strong sense of the social license balanced with commercial basis to running an organisation. My passion and interest is in health and wellbeing, and infrastructure where I believe I can add most value. My senior leadership career has given me great value and its time to use this to benefit outcomes in New Zealand through governance roles. ”
