About Me

“I am a Waikato-based business owner and governance leader with current chair experience across national and community organisations. I currently serve as National Board Chair of an incorporated society representing and advocating for rural communities across New Zealand, and Chair of a regional charitable trust delivering children’s health and wellbeing education . My governance experience includes strategy, organisational oversight, finance, investment, audit and risk, policy and compliance, stakeholder engagement and advocacy. I also bring a strong commercial perspective as the co-founder and director of my own business, alongside executive and consulting experience across agribusiness, FMCG, government, marketing and international markets. I bring particular insight into rural and regional New Zealand, SMEs, membership and not-for-profit organisations, and businesses navigating growth and change. My governance style is considered, collaborative and pragmatic, with a strong focus on sound decision-making, effective processes and long-term organisational sustainability.”
