“I am an Energy and M&A General Counsel and Corporate Governance specialist with a proven track record in the legal field. Admitted to the bar in 2007, I embarked on my journey as a lawyer at Bell Gully, I expanded my expertise in the litigation department of Herbert Smith Freehills in London, gaining valuable experience before joining New Zealand Oil & Gas in 2010. Armed with a law degree and an arts degree from Victoria University of Wellington, I am a qualified Barrister and Solicitor admitted to the High Court of New Zealand. I am a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors and honoured to be a Trustee of the WISE Charitable Trust. Driven by curiosity, I constantly seek a deep understanding of complex matters and consistently ask questions to unravel intricate issues. I prioritise efficiency, utilising my intellect and available resources to make smart choices that propel me towards my goals. I have a passion for sustainability and I lead the company's sustainability journey and reporting.
