About Me

“I am living in Christchurch with my English husband and son, having returned after 11 years living and working in London. I have over 15 years of commercial market research experience in the UK and New Zealand, with a particular passion for the sport, health and physical activity sectors. My current role as Insight and Evaluation Lead at Sport Canterbury has strengthened my understanding of this sector while (hopefully) being able to offer an independent and objective voice of reason to a range of our internal and external partners and stakeholders. This is via an understanding of what data and information currently exists and the stories it tells us both of our region, and the physical activity habits, motivations and barriers of the people within it. It is also through a curious and evaluative mindset to both ask questions and reflect on what practices are working well or perhaps could be tweaked or improved.”
