“I would describe myself as an evolving director still, however my varied working life has provided the exposure needed to perform at the level of a more experience trustee. Professionally I am a generalist – an expert learner, problem solver, and big picture thinker. I have spent the majority of my career in the health sector, starting as a clinical physiotherapist and moving through public health, planning and funding, and primary care. Core to all my roles has been my ability to build effective, collaborative, and respectful relationships. I firmly believe that genuine care and connection is at the heart of good leadership. ”
