About Me
“I believe in the power of the collective. My elite netball career has spanned over 13 years & throughout that time I have balanced motherhood, studies, work & community involvement. My strengths lie in leadership & communication, having held significant leadership positions as Vice-Captain of the Silver Ferns (New Zealand's national team) & Captain of the Northern Mystics competing in the ANZ Premiership (domestic competition). While at school, I was Deputy Head Girl of St Cuthbert's College as well Captain of the New Zealand Secondary Schools team. These roles have helped me develop my mentoring & communication skills, understanding that good people make better athletes. I have made many mistakes throughout my life, which have taught me compassion & how to get the best out of myself & others. ”
