With over 20 years in executive leadership, I have overseen complex portfolios of aquatic, sport, fitness, and community facilities, driving operational efficiency, expanding service offerings, and be a key contributor to major asset development projects. I am experienced in guiding organisations through change, building high-performing teams, and contributing to transformative business initiatives. Now operating my own consultancy, I advise organisations on strategic direction, change management, and sector-specific challenges. I bring expertise in financial stewardship, risk and compliance oversight, and building trusted, enduring relationships with diverse stakeholders, including mana whenua.
