About Me

“I am a Harvard graduate, qualified lawyer, member of the NZ Institute of Directors and recognised as an inaugural 2021 Top 100 Diverse Board-ready Directors. I have 12 years of governance experience spanning utilities, technology, non-profit, education and research organisations. I also bring more than 20 years’ experience at some of New Zealand’s largest public and private sector organisations. I can synthesise and distil a wide range of information and appreciate multiple perspectives and viewpoints. I bring a curious, empathic and commercially rigorous mindset to a boardroom. I am motivated by fairness, progress and finding common purpose. I am also pragmatic and decisive and understand the responsibilities and accountabilities of CEOs and governing boards.”
